Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an AED for a refund or exchange.

Condition: The AED must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Process

Contact Us: Before returning your AED, please contact our customer service team at support@attainhst.co.uk to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the AED. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned AED, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges
If the AED is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
